Wintersport in Bischofsmais
 Bischofsmais is a wonderful place for all types of wintersports, for example skiing, snowboarding and cross-country-skiing.
In the ski-area "Breitenau" there are numerous ski-lifts operating. The "Geißkopfbahn" can bring 1000 skiers per hour to the 1100 meters high Geißkopf. In addition, the "Riegellift", "Nordhanglift" and the "Forsthauslift" provide access to 6 ski-routes, a snowboarders halfpipe as well as a modern bobsled run.
For those who enjoy quiet winter serenity, we offer 15 kilometers of cleared hiking trails as well as circa 70 kilometers of cross-country trails. Something for everyone.
